As eRE’s first business activity in 2010, based on a portfolio of mainly commercial properties built up through internal growth, we have always valued property management as an essential link in the real estate value creation chain.

In 2017, along with the Primonial group we observed that residential real estate deserved a renewed institutional management service; we thus created an agile, comprehensive and innovative property manager together:

We advocate a management that empowers our team and is efficient for the investor, adapting our organization and based on common sense. Our motto is to manage our clients’ properties as a private investor would – as we would do for ourselves.

The Oiko Gestion team has grown to 68 professionals spread to Paris, Lyon and Marseille; managing a portfolio of approximately €2.0 billion; 80% of which is residential, with 6,000 tenants.
