Deputy General Manager

Trained in three disciplines – legal, financial and real estate – Alexis holds masters’ degrees in corporate law and finance, and a diploma from ICH Construction and Housing Institute. He is also a member of RICS. He held posts as asset manager with Société Générale and then as senior valuer at CBRE Valuation, before joining GALTIER Valuation where he went on to become Deputy General Manager, spearheading strong group development particularly with institutional investor clients, banks and family offices.
Alexis provides management experience, knowledge of real estate markets and, more specifically, of investor clients, with whom he has forged relationships built on trust. Alexandra achieved a higher education qualification in economics and management from Paris Dauphine University followed by a master’s in paramedical studies. She went on to become involved in developing a seasonal rentals organisation before joining CBRE and then eRE in 2016 as rentals manager, with a portfolio mainly comprising offices and businesses.
As a result of eRE expansion, she is now operations manager with responsibility for HR, legal and accounting areas.

After obtaining his master’s degree in corporate finance, Youssef worked as a strategic advisory consultant for CBRE, then as a property valuation analyst at Catella and CBRE Valuation.
He joined our investment team in March 2017, where he is responsible for residential sector investment analysis.

Felix After obtained a Franco-German baccalaureate and went on to achieve a diploma in retail banking financial management in Germany. These valuable initial experiences encouraged him to pursue a Franco-German career path. Currently studying for a double bachelor’s degree in international management from ESB Business School in Germany and NEOMA Business School in France, Felix joined eRE in 2016 as an investment analyst, where he has combined his trilingual skills with extensive knowledge of Germany. Trained in three disciplines – legal, financial and real estate – Alexis holds masters’ degrees in corporate law and finance, and a diploma from ICH Construction and Housing Institute. He is also a member of RICS. He held posts as asset manager with Société Générale and then as senior valuer at CBRE Valuation, before joining GALTIER Valuation where he went on to become Deputy General Manager, spearheading strong group development particularly with institutional investor clients, banks and family offices.
Alexis provides management experience, knowledge of real estate markets and, more specifically, of investor clients, with whom he has forged relationships built on trust. He uses these skills to develop and drive the Transaction Services & Asset Management Department. Alexandra achieved a higher education qualification in economics and management from Paris Dauphine University followed by a master’s in paramedical studies. She went on to become involved in developing a seasonal rentals organisation before joining CBRE and then eRE in 2016 as rentals manager, with a portfolio mainly comprising offices and businesses.
As a result of eRE expansion, she is now operations manager with responsibility for HR, legal and accounting areas.
