By clustering our sourcing by country and investment strategy (core / core+ / value-added), we guarantee our clients a perfect alignment of interests.

To date, eRE Transaction Services’ team of 14 professionals has assisted its investor clients in the closing of 80 asset/share deals, totalling approximately €4.5 billion in healthcare, residential and retail real estate.
